# 7 Technology is an important tool.

How much easier it is to answer certain information queries with the internet and our library databases.
It is enjoyable to answer questions quickly and efficiently and have a patron who is very pleased.
Last week I had two queries which I used the online databases from our website. The first query over the phone related to a question about the law and I was able to talk them through the link on the our web page.
The other query related to a medical question from an older patron so I looked up the term she gave me .
It was easy to find on the medical database aand printed it for the patron who was very happy.
